Jaguar God of the Underworld, a deity often seen on incense burners in Late Classic Maya art. The jaguar, a creature of the night, was reverred in pre-Hispanic times.



This is one of the first images where the quality of the original 6x6 cm image shows through on the monitor at 72 dpi.
